Dwayne Hord, President

Dwayne is the President of Hord Services Inc., with over 25 years of experience in industrial engineering. Over the years he has developed a special talent in process improvement and incentive structures, focusing on high labor content processes that have allowed the guarantee of millions of dollars in cost savings as well as increased productivity for his clients. He honed his experience as the Director of Engineering at a multi-national textile company. Dwayne joined the staffing/workforce solutions industry in the mid 90’s and was able to revolutionize the industry by applying his knowledge in industrial engineering, lean principles and incentive structures to develop the cost per unit model for the staffing industry. He has successfully co-founded and developed four performance base employment businesses over the last ten years.

Juan Ospina, Vice President of Operations – Partner

Juan has over 16 years of experience in manufacturing and logistics, with the last 9 years specifically in the CPU arena. He has successfully developed and managed performance based pricing models for some of the staffing markets most recognized names. With experience in operations, involvement in time and motion studies and numerous successful implementations of this model, he is responsible for ensuring a successful implementation of the account and knowledge transfer of processes and procedures so that our client’s KPIs are met or exceed in every aspect. Juan holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of South Florida.
